1956 - 2024

For a house built in 1956 (top row, second house from the left with the white truck in the driveway), it was important to install all new electrical, plumbing, water heaters for kitchen and rest of the house, and put in some insulation while we had the walls open. 

Yes, you can always pop across the street to the Highland's pool and take a dip, but it's handy to have a new air conditioning system with high efficiency filtration for those hot days.

In a house characterized by walls of glass, we prioritized installing top-of-the-line Fleetwood Windows and Doors throughout. They are double glazed and have the highest energy ratings.

Dena, the owner, made this silver finger painting mural. It reflects the morning light gorgeously. 

To create a sense of flow throughout the house-- from the atrium, into the living spaces, and even into the walk-in shower, we installed Italian porcelain tile.
